Roadrunner is
one of the most reliable email service providers managed and controlled by
TWC. The company has always tried its
best to maintain the reputation of this brand among email users.
However, things
don’t go in the favor always, sometimes you may come across the issues that not
only prevent you from accessing the email but also deteriorates your emailing
experience. One such error is the ‘Account locked’ message. If you get this
message, you won’t be able to access the account and you will be notified that
the account has been accessed by the admin. Practically, the account gets
locked if there is an error in the server.
Coming to the main concern, we are now going to discuss the troubleshooting steps to fix this
problem.
1.
Reset the password of your Roadrunner email
account and don’t use two emails with identical email addresses.
2.
Check the incoming as well as outgoing server
settings. If the settings require any change, then you can contact experts.
3.
Make sure that the account is not currently
logged in from any other device apart from the main device.
4.
Try accessing the account now and check if the
messages are being delivered or not.
